On the cross, Jesus asks His Father to forgive those responsible for His death.  As Christ forgave, and continues to forgive us, so are we called to forgive.  Join us as we discuss confession, God’s merciful forgiveness, and how and when we forgive those who trespass against us.

Kepha invites all dads, boys ages 7+, priests, and single men to join us on this retreat for Mass, prayers, food, talks, mortification, games, nursing home visit, and 2am Yawns!  And of course … Dodgeball.

Oberle is a Sulpician and professor of theology at the University of Dallas.  He received his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland in 1976 with a focus on health care policy.  He served as the director of planning and research at the Maryland State Office on Aging and then as the Staff Director of the Subcommittee on Health and Long Term Care in the US House of Representatives.  He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Religion and Spirituality and with the American Society on Aging.  He has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Dallas for seven years and joined the full time faculty in 2016.

Chastity Retreat 2017 @ Holy Family of Nazareth
Mar 24 @ 5:00 pm – Mar 26 @ 12:00 pm
Chastity Retreat 2017 @ Holy Family of Nazareth | Grand Prairie | Texas | United States

The main event of the Kepha year!  The annual Chastity Retreat in 2017 will be held at the Holy Family of Nazareth convent in Grand Prairie.

Everyone is called to live the virtue of chastity; however, in our modern culture, chastity is possibly the least known, least understood, and least practiced.  Chastity is painted as old-fashioned by the world, and even those who desire to live it are confused by what constitutes this virtue.  Join us as we learn about chastity, what it means and how we live it in our lives.

Kepha invites all dads, boys ages 7+, priests, and single men to join us on this retreat for Mass, prayers, food, talks, mortification, games, nursing home visit, and 2am Yawns! And of course … Dodgeball.

Gather will be from 4pm-5pm on Friday.  The retreat will begin at 5 pm on Friday, March 24, 2017, and continue until noon, Sunday, March 26, 2017.

The cost is $35 per person, $120 max per family.

Further details will be forthcoming.  Please sign up for our newsletter, Like us on Facebook, or +1 us on Google+ to receive updates (the email list is the most reliable means).
