Faith without works is dead, and Kepha would be a dead group of Faith indeed if it did not engage in charitable work. Kephans organize and work at monthly work days, when they help out a local organization. Kephans help out at Parishes, pregnancy centers, and religious institutions.
Another charitable exercise Kephans perform is at every retreat, we visit a nearby nursing home. Kephans move along the halls, visiting with the sick and elderly living there. At the end the Kephans gather in an open area and sing (poorly) for the residents.
Half of the donations Kepha receives goes to charity, being divided between pro-life, special needs, chastity retreats, and soup kitchens. Kepha desires to foster a spirit of giving, and thus much of the incoming funds go to giving back.
